If u get electricuted when ur hair dryer touches water then y dont u.....?

get electricuted when its close to ur wet hair?!?

If u get electricuted when ur hair dryer touches water then y dont u.....?

All the electrical parts are inside the dryer and can only shock you if submerged in water. Don't go trying this, could be dangerous to your health.

If u get electricuted when ur hair dryer touches water then y dont u.....?

because it is not submerged in the water therefore it does not have a path to travel

If u get electricuted when ur hair dryer touches water then y dont u.....?

The machine itself needs to come in contact with water and the water needs to get inside the machine where all of the electrical things are.

What do you do if your hair dryer stops blowing hot air?

My hairdryer still works, but it only blows cool/regular temperature air. I need hot air to straighten my hair, but it doesn't seem to be working. Is there anything that I may be able to do to fix it before going out and buying a new one?

What do you do if your hair dryer stops blowing hot air?

Nothing that wouldn't cost you more than the cost of a new dryer.

The heating coils are out, there's nothing you can do yourself.

Just go buy a new dryer.

What do you do if your hair dryer stops blowing hot air?

I would just go buy a new one, the heater coil went in it and you would have to replace the coil, better and better priced to just get a new one.

What do you do if your hair dryer stops blowing hot air?

i don't think so i would just buy a new 1

What do you do if your hair dryer stops blowing hot air?

afraid you need to buy a new one. hairdryers contain a filament which heats the air as it blows. the filament as gone I'm sorry to say.

What do you do if your hair dryer stops blowing hot air?

Buy a new one, there is nothing you can do to fix it

sorry :-(

Hope I helped

What do you do if your hair dryer stops blowing hot air?

get a new one lol

What do you do if your hair dryer stops blowing hot air?

Well not really. If it is dead, then it is dead! But if you use your hairdryer to straighten your hair, try getting a straightener! If you can afford it, get a CHI ($120). They last for like 3 years and they come with a 1 year guarantee. I've had mine for 2 years and it still works great! Also get Pantene Pro-V protection spray (or other heat protection sprays). If you cant afford the CHI straightener, get a cheaper one. Go to Target, Walmart, etc. They have ones from $15-$60! (try not to get the $15 one! If you dont want to get a straightener, then get another hairdryer. And no, you cannot fix your hairdryer...

I want to let my hair dry naturally with no hair dryer or straighteners but it goes really fizzy?

I have very thick and slightly wavy hair and I just want to wash it and leave it on holiday (going where theres no electricity!). I don't mind spending a fair bit on products if it works. Can anyone advise?

Thanks in advance

I want to let my hair dry naturally with no hair dryer or straighteners but it goes really fizzy?

I put anti-frizz serum on my hair when it is damp to help control frizz and air dry it. It seems to work pretty well. I don't use any other product normally.

I want to let my hair dry naturally with no hair dryer or straighteners but it goes really fizzy?

eh???yes;...

I want to let my hair dry naturally with no hair dryer or straighteners but it goes really fizzy?

I have the same problem. I have to blow dry and straighten my hair everyday. I really need a good solution too. Sorry i couldnt help.

I want to let my hair dry naturally with no hair dryer or straighteners but it goes really fizzy?

Use a mousse. It keeps down the frizz.

I want to let my hair dry naturally with no hair dryer or straighteners but it goes really fizzy?

honestly, if you have no electricity, sit outside for a while and comb your hair as it drys, it really smooths it out, even without products

I want to let my hair dry naturally with no hair dryer or straighteners but it goes really fizzy?

bring some baby oil and use it when you need it and how much you think you need- its cheap and always available at any store or frizzease i love if you can get that

I want to let my hair dry naturally with no hair dryer or straighteners but it goes really fizzy?

Try using Icon Mesh, its a gel/cream that grabs onto medium to thick hair types..its a structuralizing cream! You will love it and it smells like sweet tarts! If you dont mind paying to look good!

I want to let my hair dry naturally with no hair dryer or straighteners but it goes really fizzy?

You can try a clear gloss or serum. Biosilk makes a product called silk therapy which works really well and it has a nice scent. Since you have very thick hair, you can get away with a heavier product than someone who has fine hair. A pomade or styling wax may work also. Try serum as it gives your hair a nice sheen.

I want to let my hair dry naturally with no hair dryer or straighteners but it goes really fizzy?

i have that same problem...

I want to let my hair dry naturally with no hair dryer or straighteners but it goes really fizzy?

Yes, I'm a guy but..

Ive been in that situation real wavy and curly hair that wont settle down.

After I would shower or wash my hair I would use LA looks' Gel to mousse while the hair was still wet, while letting it dry naturally, it would hold and have that natural look.

Hope it helps.

I want to let my hair dry naturally with no hair dryer or straighteners but it goes really fizzy?

Frizz ease thats what i use it's made by....frizz ease...they have a bunch of products cuz i have thick curly hair granted i straighten it like everyday but i have to wait for it to dry first and i don't want it to frow so i use that and it works good!

I want to let my hair dry naturally with no hair dryer or straighteners but it goes really fizzy?

there is a product you can get have used it but cant for the life of me think of the name - think it was elvie ???

or you can leave conditioner in then wash it out the next day...

I want to let my hair dry naturally with no hair dryer or straighteners but it goes really fizzy?

As suggested Frizz easr by John Frieda works well.

I want to let my hair dry naturally with no hair dryer or straighteners but it goes really fizzy?

rinse your hair with BEER for half an hour and then rinse with water and sure it works ..your hair turns silky

I want to let my hair dry naturally with no hair dryer or straighteners but it goes really fizzy?

sorry i don't know

I want to let my hair dry naturally with no hair dryer or straighteners but it goes really fizzy?

there are loads of products on the market that should help - John Frieda do an anti friz. Generally I have just left a conditioner on my hair for about five minutes before rinsing off, then leaving it to dry eau naturalle.

Saying that, my hair is rather fine, but I have a lot of it.

I also find that wearing a hat/scarf helps keep it more managable if I leave it to dry without a hairdryer, especially in hot climates.

I want to let my hair dry naturally with no hair dryer or straighteners but it goes really fizzy?

i have the same trouble and my hair is straight! like a few others i find frizzease is good if you can get it.

good luck and have a good holiday

I want to let my hair dry naturally with no hair dryer or straighteners but it goes really fizzy?

sounds like you have hair kinda like mine...

and actually, the stuff i use isnt all that expensive

i just use Garnier Fruictise soothing milk, rub it into your hair when its damp and just let it air dry.

gives it a sleek, natural look- for about $4-5 at drugstores.

good luck :)

I want to let my hair dry naturally with no hair dryer or straighteners but it goes really fizzy?

hi there i can think of 2 options for you

option 1 go for the straight look try some frizz ease and loads of conditioner (because of the thickness) also ask your hairdresser to thin it out, they cut into your hair making it a little thiner (dont worry it doesnt effect the lengh at all !), oh and also you could invest in one of those things the mobile striaghtners that you dont need electric for (argos would be your best bet)

okay now option 2

if your hairs naturally curly anyway, go for that look and buy loads of curly products like moose, and things and try some old fashioned rags in your hair at night and in the morning it will go nice and curly not frizzy (that way no need for blendy rollers ect.

also try and experiment on having your hair in different ways like twisting your hair and pinning it up if its really hot.

whatever you decide hope you have a nice holiday x

I want to let my hair dry naturally with no hair dryer or straighteners but it goes really fizzy?

I have the same prob 2 but all i do is put hair oil %26amp; blowdry my hair

I want to let my hair dry naturally with no hair dryer or straighteners but it goes really fizzy?

Try using some spray on leave in conditioner. I use a good one which I get from Boots. It's called Lee Staffords 2nd day hair.

I want to let my hair dry naturally with no hair dryer or straighteners but it goes really fizzy?

I suggest using the Frizz Ease products. I use these on my wavy hair and I love them. Try the shine serum and then use dream curls. It'll bring out the wave a bit and leave it naturally light as it air dries and it won't frizz.

I want to let my hair dry naturally with no hair dryer or straighteners but it goes really fizzy?

I have the exact same problem but my hairdresser recently told me to put conditioner in after i towel dry it. Works a treat. Trust me. If you have a curl in your hair its gorgeous.

I want to let my hair dry naturally with no hair dryer or straighteners but it goes really fizzy?

deep condition it, then put some leave-in conditioner use sum moose if u want, the trick here is not to touch it at all

I want to let my hair dry naturally with no hair dryer or straighteners but it goes really fizzy?

I HAVE THE SAME TYPE OF HAIR. I USE LEAVE IN HAIR AND SCALP TREAMENT...AND A TOUCH OF GEL...YOUR HAIR WILL LOOK SHINY AND NOT FRIZZY..BELIEVE ME IT WORKS.

I want to let my hair dry naturally with no hair dryer or straighteners but it goes really fizzy?

Look like we share the same problems. Conditional your hair after wash will help.

I want to let my hair dry naturally with no hair dryer or straighteners but it goes really fizzy?

what you do is this after washing, while wet part in the center and then you comb the right side to the back of you neck and then you comb all thats left at the neck around to the right to meet and then you use a hair net to hold it make sure its a ver thin hair net .good luck.

I want to let my hair dry naturally with no hair dryer or straighteners but it goes really fizzy?

serum, a good one! one that u leave in and can put on dry hair, that way u can reapply if u need to later on in the day

How long would your hair have to be to not fit your head under a Hair Dryer?

My friend told me when she use to work at Fantastic sams a Girl had so many Rollers in her hair to get a Perm that her head would underneath those Bullet shaped Hairdryers. How long do you think her hair was?

How long would your hair have to be to not fit your head under a Hair Dryer?

To her waist, maybe?

How long would your hair have to be to not fit your head under a Hair Dryer?

sorry, i don't get it.

How long would your hair have to be to not fit your head under a Hair Dryer?

...to her feet.

How long would your hair have to be to not fit your head under a Hair Dryer?

MUST OF BEEN FLOOR LENGTH.

How long would your hair have to be to not fit your head under a Hair Dryer?

It was probably perm rods called intensive rings, they are used for a spiral effect and your hair only has to be about five inches or longer.

How long would your hair have to be to not fit your head under a Hair Dryer?

3 feet

How long would your hair have to be to not fit your head under a Hair Dryer?

The length of the hair doesn't really matter (unless it's near floor-length, which I suppose could cause a bulk problem, depending on thickness). It's the thickness. Only so much hair will wrap around one roller. Although, my hair is past my hips and about medium thickness, and I never had a problem with the curlers fitting under a hair dryer when I used to have it permed (or attempted to- it's so stubbornly straight that even perming solution refused to curl it).

Nail Dryer .v. Hair Dryer?

I'm thinking of getting a professional nail dryer to use at home..like the ones they have in salons.

Currently, I'm using my hairdryer to dry my nails..lol!..and it works!

Do you think I should invest in a professional nail dryer instead?

Nail Dryer .v. Hair Dryer?

buy a naiL dryer....

hair dryer has a different thing goin on inside...it can harm your nails...

your nail may become yellow in color... or it can be brittle too by using hair dryer... the heat coming out from the hair dryer is more harmful compare to that of nail dryer...

Nail Dryer .v. Hair Dryer?

I use my hair dryer to dry my polish, but I use the low heat setting, alternating between cool and medium heat. I don't think spending the money for a professional nail dryer is necessary. This works for me. Report It

Nail Dryer .v. Hair Dryer?

yes

Nail Dryer .v. Hair Dryer?

Hi

Nail Dryer is works good but hair dryer is a option

for that so as my opinion don't invest in nail dryer

I hop this help u

Good Luck!!!!

Should I even bother bringing my hair dryer and curl iorn to the Dominican Republic if I am staying.

in a 3 star resort. Are the outlets the same down there? I have curl and I usually difuse my hair so I would need my universal difuser to fit on their blowdryers if mine wont work.

Should I even bother bringing my hair dryer and curl iorn to the Dominican Republic if I am staying...?

Cheap resort you booked so bring your own dryer and towel

Should I even bother bringing my hair dryer and curl iorn to the Dominican Republic if I am staying...?

Just relax and let your curls run free!! If you are on vacation, don't bother with the curl iron or hair dryer. Ask the hotel if they have a hairdryer in the bathroom, they usually do. Then relax and just have fun in the caribbean and forget about your hair!

Should I even bother bringing my hair dryer and curl iorn to the Dominican Republic if I am staying...?

the other answers are correct, forget about your hair it will frizz no matter what you do.,You can wear it up at night. Have fun DR is a great vacation place. The electric is the same as the US. Use common sense while there. Use the buddy sytstem let your friends know where you are, be cautious around the guys. Just be careful if you go out of the resort area, it's best not to go alone. Have fun, but seriously don't do anything stupid

Should I even bother bringing my hair dryer and curl iorn to the Dominican Republic if I am staying...?

First are you coming from the States is the same power , but if you come from Europe youll need an adapter. And in Dominican Republic resort the have hair dryer and more things for the use of the customer.

Should I even bother bringing my hair dryer and curl iorn to the Dominican Republic if I am staying...?

The outlets are the same. When you're swimming at the beach and pool, it might annoying having to fix your hair every time, but if you want, you should first check the hotel's website to see if they have a blowdryer. They most likely do. They probably won't have a curling iron, though, so you could bring that.

Should I even bother bringing my hair dryer and curl iorn to the Dominican Republic if I am staying...?

The resort will have those adapters you can use for your hair dryer and curling iron.

But honestly, when I go, I find that I end up wearing my hair just au naturel. because it's SO hot!
