Voltage convertor for japanese hair dryer?

i

i am buying a hair dryer from japan its 1200W/600W which says (AC100V 50/60Hz)

so just wondering what sort of voltage convertor to use for ireland

Voltage convertor for japanese hair dryer?

If Ireland uses 220VAC power, you would need a 220-to-100-volt converter, which is not a commonly available item. Moreover, hair dryers use a lot of electricity (1200W/600W, as you state), so they would require large, heavy, and expensive voltage converters to handle those power levels. If you could find a 220-to-100-volt converter with a rating of at least 1200W (preferably 1800 to 2000W to provide some safety margin) and were willing to pay its price, you could buy it. However, it's usually less expensive and less bulky to simply buy high-power appliances, such as hair dryers, designed to operate on the voltage you will be using to power them.

Has anyone used the Infinity hair dryer?

It's that thing from Conair that straightens and dries at the same time..does it work (I have EXTREMELY curly hair)?

After I wash my hair, should I just leave it down or use a hair dryer?

Which is better for your hair and why?

After I wash my hair, should I just leave it down or use a hair dryer?

i say you let your hair air dry as often as you can. Using the hair dryer too often, especially without a thermal protector, can damage your hair, and cause split ends. Once in a while, like when you want to let your hair down, you can blow dry it and style it. But at night, or on a casual day, i say you just let your hair dry naturally.

After I wash my hair, should I just leave it down or use a hair dryer?

my hair has a funky wave to it if i let it air dry.. however i wish that i could because i hate having to use heat on my hair so much.

After I wash my hair, should I just leave it down or use a hair dryer?

Leave a hair dryer gurl! It helps wit the frizziness! Deff dry it kk

After I wash my hair, should I just leave it down or use a hair dryer?

my hair is weird so i leave it in a towel for a lil while like 10-15 mins then i blowdry it so it comes out nice

After I wash my hair, should I just leave it down or use a hair dryer?

trust me its best to blow dry it

cause if you dont

theres this frizzy part of it and your hair wouldnt be dye til 5 hours later

unless your hair is short

After I wash my hair, should I just leave it down or use a hair dryer?

its better to let it air dry. blow dryers damage your hair.

After I wash my hair, should I just leave it down or use a hair dryer?

I NEVER dry my hair mainly because it takes too long but I'm glad I don't. Drying it every day could dry it out whereas leaving it down isn't going to dry it out.

I hope this helps. =]

After I wash my hair, should I just leave it down or use a hair dryer?

I would leave it. Hair is made of a protein called keratin and heating it up makes it brittle and therefore easier to break. Forget all the stuff you see on TV. They just want to sell you something. It's interesting to note that when wig makers want human hair they usually go to third-world countries where people seldom wash their hair. I'm not saying you should never wash your hair but washing destroys the natural oils that protect the hair.

After I wash my hair, should I just leave it down or use a hair dryer?

if you don't have a problem with frizzy hair, let it air dry naturally...it will have more shine and stay clean longer...drying with blow dryers causes the hair to excrete more oils to make up for what was washed away as well as what is burned up with the heat from the dryer...so go natural for a while and see if your hair doesn't respond better...good luck!!!

After I wash my hair, should I just leave it down or use a hair dryer?

it sorta depends cuz like if ur washing ur hair late at night you should blow dry ur hair cuz you could get a really bad head ache of the water soaks in ur hair too much

and well blow drying sorta drys out ur hair

hope this helps 閳?br>After I wash my hair, should I just leave it down or use a hair dryer?

The less heat applied is always better, but you can use a thermal treatment to protect from the heat. Shampoos to prevent "frizzy" help a lot when air drying.

Any ideas on how to get my hair to dry faster without using a hair dryer?

I have like shoulder length thick, curly hair. I shower every morning before school and my hair takes a REALLY long time to dry. When I wear my hair down, I like it to dry completely before I leave for school but it never can, and when it doesn't it gets SO FRIZZY! Are there any ways to have it dry faster besides getting up earlier, showering the night before, or blow drying it? I don't like the way it looks when it gets blow dried.

I have naturally curly hair so what I do is keep the towel on my head until the last minute. It is difficult to get your hair completely dry without blow drying it. Beleive me I wish there was..

Good Luck.

Use a super absorbent microfiber hair towel.

Besides drying your hair faster, you can tame frizzies by using a hair cream like Kiehl's Silk Groom or with a drop of jojoba oil. Jojoba oil is non-comedogenic %26amp; washes out easily.

You can also braid your hair, twist it into a bun %26amp; secure it w/ hair pins. Then apply something like Pantene hair pomade to smooth out your hair.

Stick your head out the window and drive for a while. There aren't any other option after you have eliminated washing the night before, blow drying and getting up earlier.

No.

Without using a hair dryer, I don't see how unless you get it cut very short, then it will dry very quickly.

U WEAR A SHOWER CAP TO PREVENT YOUR HAIR FROM GETTING WET

Any ideas on how to get my hair to dry faster without using a hair dryer?

Sorry hunny I am a hair stylist and Its seem u already know uf options. Have u ever tryed using the diffuser part of the blow dryer?(the flat attachment thingy that looks like a waffle Iron.) that will take ten to fifteen minutes and wont blow ur hair around so u can leave fast without the friz. u should only be washing it 3-4 x a week . curly hair is dry hair and needs ur natural oils from the sebaciouse glands to stay healthy. hopefully u dont color it too much either.

Why is it that heat from weather wont melt off glue from car decals, but a hair dryer will?

why is it that heat from weather wont melt off glue from car decals, but a hair dryer will? i heard from several people that hair dryers will help take decals off a car window or paint, but why wont hot temperatures during the summer or something cause them to peel too?

Why is it that heat from weather wont melt off glue from car decals, but a hair dryer will?

The heat from the sun heats the entire area up at the same time. A hair dryer, or heat gun that is used directs the heat to specifically the decal and the metal underneath, making the glue holding the decal on loosen its grip.

Why is it that heat from weather wont melt off glue from car decals, but a hair dryer will?

Hair dryer has a higher temperature.

Why is it that heat from weather wont melt off glue from car decals, but a hair dryer will?

The hair drier is much hotter, and is specific to the spot. the weather dispurses the heat over the whole vehicle, not a central spot where the hair dryer is.

Why is it that heat from weather wont melt off glue from car decals, but a hair dryer will?

hair drier puts out a higher temperature

the sun might get the part up to 200 degrees in the hot summer day on a dark colored car.. being dark colora get hotter lite colors.. where a hair dryer can get above 450 degrees.. ..i have seen some get around 1000 degrees.. so simple they just get hotter.. they make a spray that will not damage the paint like a hair dryer can . it is about $19.00 a can and it takes the right off.. works great . i use it all the time 3m part # 08908 it is made for woodgrain decals and pin strips . but there other companies make it can be found in most autoparts stores that sale auto paint supplies . they carry a cheeper brand most of the time if the 3m brand it to costly. but make sure to read and follow the directions before /when using .

Can I bring a hair straightener or hair dryer with me to Guatemala?

I'm going to Guatemala for two weeks with my boyfriend and it would be nice if I could do something with my hair for when we go out at night. We will probably mostly be staying at low budget places, we're roughing it a bit! Do most of the places have plugs or even the right kind of plug or am I out of luck?

Can I bring a hair straightener or hair dryer with me to Guatemala?

you've got nothing to lose if you bring it. At best, you will get your wish... a plug.. lol... but you know you're creative... you can make it without that stuff. your boyfriend may find it refreshing to see you au natural with an exotic loose hair look.

Can I bring a hair straightener or hair dryer with me to Guatemala?

Yes you can. Everywhere in Guatemala has electricity.

Can I bring a hair straightener or hair dryer with me to Guatemala?

find out what kind of plug they use and buy one at the airport before or after you get there. you will be able to use ur dryer and straightener with the proper plug converter.

Can I bring a hair straightener or hair dryer with me to Guatemala?

they've got electricity but i'm not sure whether the plug things are the same. so it might not work but just in case bring it along with you.
