What's the purpose of the concentrater attatchment that comes with certain hairdryers? What does it do for your hair?

to straighten your hair with it using a round brush. it makes it less frizzy.

It's good to use if you have thick or long (or both) hair. It distributes the heat more evenly so that your hair drys faster and all your hair drys.

also helps with certain looks, big round one with lots of ends is good to add lots of volume and loose curls :)
