Hair dryer that spins, everyone. PLZ DO HELP?

Among the various hair dryers, there's the one that has built in bristle which you spin manually in your hair locks.

Another which I'm dying for is that SPINS ALONE.

My hair is smooth %26amp; almost sleek, so I don't need the straighteners. But I found the irons can curl too %26amp; I'm looking for waves %26amp; a little more straightening though, not curls.

I need to know whether the one that spins alone with bristle is efficient %26amp; whether hair iron is better, as I prefer the one with bristle.

I'M LOST!
